Greg Callaway concentrates his practice in the areas of tractor-trailer/automobile litigation, premises liability, and general civil tort and business litigation. He is a founding member of the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel. With more than 25 years of trial experience as the lead attorney in jury and non-jury trials, Mr. Callaway has successfully represented a wide variety of clients in the areas of corporate and insurance litigation. Mr. Callaway is admitted to practice in all Tennessee state courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Tennessee.
Born in 1970 and a native of Laramie, Wyoming, Mr. Callaway received his B.S. in finance from the University of Utah in 1993. In 1997, Mr. Callaway obtained his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University where he was a member of the trial advocacy board. Mr. Callaway is the Chief Manager of Howell & Fisher, PLLC.
