Samantha A. Burnett practices in the area of civil litigation. She is originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan and relocated to Tennessee in 2019. She earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice from Ferris State University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She received her J.D. from the Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude. She was also a licensed police officer, medical first responder, and fire fighter in Michigan, where she worked as a public safety officer. Samantha is licensed to practice in all Tennessee State courts, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
